Steering & suspension
goCORE steering & suspension: precise vehicle dynamics and control
Engineered for stability and responsive handling

goCORE steering and suspension components are designed to ensure stable handling and consistent driving behaviour.

Manufactured from high-strength alloys, protected by advanced anti-corrosion coatings, and utilising premium-grade polymers and high-performance lubricants, these critical chassis parts maintain precise suspension geometry and deliver long-lasting durability under demanding operating conditions.

Core Benefits
High-strength steel and aluminium arms
High-chromium alloy steel ball studs
Reliable corrosion protection
Durable chloroprene rubber boots
Suspension arm
goCORE suspension arms provide a secure connection between the wheel hub and the vehicle body, ensuring stable wheel travel and consistent geometry. Manufactured from high-strength steel with a corrosion-resistant E-coating or lightweight aluminium, these arms are supplied pre-assembled with high-grade bushes and ball joints.

The internal joint construction incorporates a chromium alloy steel ball stud with a black oxide surface treatment, a POM ball seat, and thermally stable grease that maintains its properties between −40°C and +140°C. Premium natural rubber bushes effectively dampen vibrations and maintain their elastic properties under high mechanical loads, ensuring long-term structural integrity.
Suspension bushes
goCORE suspension arm bushes provide a reliable flexible connection between the suspension components and the chassis, crucial for maintaining vehicle stability and precise handling. Manufactured from high-grade natural rubber with a hardness of up to 75 ShA, these bushes are engineered to withstand extreme strain and heavy mechanical loads.

This robust construction effectively absorbs road vibrations and harsh impacts, contributing to a smooth and refined driving experience while extending the lifespan of adjacent suspension parts.
Ball joint
goCORE ball joints are engineered to effectively withstand continuous multi-directional loads, ensuring safe and precise vehicle dynamics.

The ball studs are manufactured from high-quality chromium alloy steel, delivering high impact resistance and fatigue strength. A black oxide coating protects the stud, while the housing features a durable black E-coating. Internally, a high-grade POM ball seat provides high rigidity and low friction for smooth performance.

The joint is packed with an advanced grease that maintains its properties from −40°C to +140°C. To seal the assembly, a flexible chloroprene rubber dust boot is secured by high-manganese spring steel clips, preventing moisture ingress and lubricant loss at high articulation angles.
Anti-roll bar link
goCORE anti-roll bar links provide a secure connection between the anti-roll bar and the suspension, effectively reducing body roll during cornering. The products are protected by a durable black E-coating for high corrosion resistance.

The integrated ball joints feature a chromium alloy steel ball stud with a black oxide surface treatment, a POM ball seat, and thermally stable grease that maintains its properties between −40°C and +140°C. The links are supplied with all necessary installation hardware, ensuring a ready-to-install solution.
Track rod end
goCORE tie rod ends provide a secure connection between the tie rod and the steering knuckle, ensuring responsive and precise handling. The chromium alloy steel ball stud provides high impact resistance and features a corrosion-resistant black oxide finish.

A POM ball seat ensures high load-bearing capacity, low friction, and smooth operation, while the advanced internal grease maintains stable performance from −40°C to +140°C.

A robust chloroprene rubber boot, secured by high-manganese spring steel clips, reliably protects the joint from dust and moisture, maintaining a tight seal at high articulation angles. The housing is finished with a durable black E-coating for long-lasting protection.
Inner tie rod
goCORE inner tie rods provide a secure connection between the steering rack and tie rod end, ensuring precise transmission of steering force.

The ball stud is manufactured from chromium alloy steel with a black oxide surface treatment, delivering high fatigue strength to withstand continuous steering loads. Internally, a high-grade POM ball seat ensures low friction and high impact resistance for smooth, long-lasting operation. The joint is packed with an advanced grease that maintains its properties from −40°C to +140°C, ensuring consistent articulation.

For comprehensive protection, the entire body features a durable black E-coating to resist corrosion and wear throughout its service life.
Tie rod assembly
goCORE tie rod assemblies provide a complete, ready-to-install solution that reduces repair time and costs. The products are engineered to maintain precise steering geometry and long-term operational stability. Each assembly incorporates high-grade ball joints featuring a chromium alloy steel ball stud with a black oxide coating and a POM ball seat for consistent, low-friction articulation.

The joints are packed with thermally stable grease (−40°C to +140°C), ensuring smooth performance under heavy mechanical loads. The outer ball joint is protected by a durable chloroprene rubber boot secured by high-manganese spring steel clips. Finished with a black E-coating and supplied with a zinc-coated mounting nut, the assemblies deliver high resistance to corrosion and wear.
