The copper-graphite brushes provide excellent electrical conductivity and wear resistance. Stable electrical output is maintained by a precision voltage regulator, preventing battery overcharge or undercharge and safeguarding sensitive electronic systems.
The high-strength PA66 polymer components withstand extreme temperatures and enhance the unit’s structural integrity without adding unnecessary weight. All internals are housed in a lightweight aluminum alloy housing, providing a robust shield against corrosion, heat, and mechanical stress.
All units feature high-conductivity, wear-resistant copper-graphite brushes.
