goCORE timing and accessory belts and other drive components are engineered to provide consistent power transmission and ensure accurate synchronisation of the timing system.
Manufactured from high-grade materials using advanced production technologies, all products deliver long-lasting performance and maintain structural integrity even under the most demanding operating conditions.

To ensure accurate engagement with pulleys, the tooth profile is precision-manufactured and protected by a durable polyamide fabric layer that shields the meshing surface against abrasion. Engineered to withstand extreme environments from −50°C to +150°C, these belts deliver consistent performance over an intended service life of up to 100,000 kilometres and come supplied with a service sticker to properly document the replacement schedule.
To maintain high performance and noise-reduction properties, these bearings utilise a specialised high-temperature grease that performs reliably from −40°C to +160°C, withstanding thermal peaks up to +180°C. Wear-resistant HNBR or ACM seals retain their elasticity under high thermal stress, protecting internal components from dust, moisture, and automotive fluids. Furthermore, the steel construction elements and brackets feature zinc-chrome and cataphoretic anti-corrosion coatings for maximum environmental resistance. Where applicable, the kits include all necessary mounting hardware for straightforward and safe installation.
Both designs are reinforced with aramid fibres integrated into the rubber compound to improve grip and are finished with a synthetic fabric layer for enhanced durability and resistance to shock loads. This combination provides superior tensile strength and resistance to elongation and tearing under high loads. All products are precisely manufactured to ensure a secure fit, with stretch belts including a dedicated installation tool to facilitate correct placement.
This performance is sustained by an enhanced high-temperature grease that maintains consistent viscosity across an extreme temperature range from −40°C to +160°C, withstanding thermal peaks up to +180°C. The pulley surfaces, manufactured from PA66 polymer or carbon steel, feature high geometric accuracy to guarantee an optimal grip and perfect belt alignment. To resist wear and corrosion, all metal surfaces are treated with specialised zinc-chrome and cataphoretic coatings.
